ResiOnboarding

Who we serve

Built for senior living teams, from move-in day to every day after.

ResiOnboarding coordinates the move-in, from deposit through day 90. ResiConnect supports daily life after that: activities, rides, dining, announcements, resident feedback and engagement. Here is how each fits the community you run, the job you do and the size of your organization.

By community type

Independent living

Independent living residents have full lives, and the community's job is to make the calendar, the dining room and the shuttle easy to use. When sign-ups run through the front desk and paper lists, staff spend the day answering "am I signed up?" and nobody notices the resident who has quietly stopped coming.

ResiOnboarding gives every new resident a coordinated move-in with day 5, 30 and 90 check-ins. ResiConnect then puts events, rides, dining and announcements in one resident portal, and its engagement score shows who is thriving and who could use a personal invite.

Assisted living

An assisted living move-in touches sales, wellness, dining, maintenance and the family, often in the same week. Paperwork arrives late, handoffs get missed and the first weeks decide whether the resident and family settle in.

ResiOnboarding runs the move-in from one shared checklist, with documents and e-signatures online and family access to help. After move-in, ResiConnect lets staff book activities, rides and meals on a resident's behalf, so residents who don't use a phone or tablet are still counted.

Memory care

In memory care, families carry much of the move-in and want to know how their loved one is settling. Residents rarely sign themselves up, so participation lives in staff notes and memory.

ResiOnboarding gives families a portal to complete move-in steps and documents, and gives your team one checklist for the move. In ResiConnect, care-level calendars keep the neighborhood's programs separate, staff check residents in by name, and life stories help every team member start a real conversation.

Life plan communities / CCRC

A life plan community runs independent living, assisted living and often memory care side by side. Each level has its own programs and its own move-in steps, and leadership needs one picture of the whole campus.

ResiOnboarding checklists are configured by community and care level, and ResiConnect keeps a calendar per care level. Residents keep one record across both products, and leadership sees participation, satisfaction and engagement for the campus in one place.

By role

Executive Directors

Executive Directors hear about problems late: a move-in that wasn't ready, a resident who stopped coming to meals, a complaint that started as a small frustration. The information exists, but it is spread across departments.

ResiOnboarding shows every move-in's progress and overdue tasks in one dashboard, with check-ins at day 5, 30 and 90. ResiConnect adds who is thriving and who needs a personal invite, feedback after activities, meals and rides, and survey results with NPS over time.

Regional & operations leaders

Regional directors and VPs of operations oversee several communities and usually learn how each one is doing from calls, visits and spreadsheets that arrive after the fact.

ResiOnboarding gives a multi-community view of move-ins in progress. ResiConnect puts engagement, participation and resident satisfaction side by side by community, with monthly and executive reports to share with owners and boards.

Life enrichment & activities

Activity teams build a full calendar, then spend hours on sign-up sheets, headcounts and reminders. It is hard to see which programs residents actually enjoy, and who has stopped coming.

ResiConnect handles booking with capacity limits, QR or by-name check-in, and a quick rating after each activity. The engagement list shows residents who are drifting, and staff can record outreach when they invite someone personally.

Sales & move-in coordinators

Sales closes the deposit, then the move-in depends on emails, binders and memory. Families call to ask what's next, and operations finds out about preferences on move-in day.

ResiOnboarding gives the move-in one checklist shared by sales and operations, a portal where residents and families complete documents and e-signatures, and readiness you can see before move-in day. After move-in, the same resident record carries into ResiConnect.

By organization

Single community

A single community has a small team doing many jobs. New software has to save time from the first week, not add another system to learn.

Turn on ResiOnboarding for move-ins, ResiConnect for daily life, or both with one login. Staff can still book for residents who prefer to call or stop by, and a pilot at your community lets your team decide based on what they see.

Multi-community operators

Operators with several communities want the same standard everywhere, but each building runs move-ins and programs its own way, and leadership sees the results months later.

ResiOnboarding applies the same move-in checklists across communities, and corporate users see every community from one dashboard. ResiConnect compares engagement and satisfaction by community, and each team member sees only the communities they work in.

See it with your community in mind
