ResiConnect publishes community announcements to each resident's home page and notification bell, with email delivery set by priority from low to emergency. Urgent and emergency messages reach residents by email even if they turned notifications off, and emergency alerts stay at the top of the home page until the resident confirms they have read them.
The problem
Flyers go under doors, notices go on the board, and the important one about the water shut-off is read by half the building.
When something urgent happens, staff walk the halls knocking on doors because there is no way to know who has seen the message.

Every announcement appears on the resident's home page and in their notifications.
Email that reaches everyone who needs it
Urgent and emergency messages are emailed even to residents who turned notifications off.
Read confirmation for emergencies
Emergency alerts stay at the top until the resident taps that they have read it.
Flyers, categories and expiry
Attach a flyer image, file announcements by category, pin the important ones and set them to expire.
Delivery report
See how an announcement was delivered after it goes out.
How it works
- Write the announcement and choose its priority.
- Add a flyer, category and expiry if needed.
- Publish to residents of the community.
- Follow up in person with anyone who has not read an emergency alert.
Part of one platform
Announcements and emergency alerts is one part of ResiConnect. The same residents, calendar and staff logins run every other part, so nothing is retyped between tools. ResiConnect also shares its resident record with ResiOnboarding, which handles move-in from deposit through day 90.
